need help with making serv/client

Hello. Im just wondering.
can one of u help make this server/client. i cant use my ip at home to make it :S so i need some others ip, and someone to
create it after my commands who is listed down here.

::PkPoints = Shows How Many Pk Points U Got.
::PKPSHOP = Teles u to the PKPOINTSHOP.

::train2 = Teles u to Hill Giants.

Monster Drop:

Rock Crabs lvl.13 = Casket 2% (because its the casket from lvl. 1 to 3 clues, so u can get 3rd age from`em) and Clue Scroll (lvl.1) 10%.
Hill Giants lvl.28 = Big Bones 100%, Rune Arrows (100) 30%, Clue Scroll (lvl.1) 10% and Dragon Spear 3% (because its worth like 400k on this server/client).
Moss Giants lvl.42 = Big Bones 100%, Rune Javelin (200) 25%, Clue Scroll (lvl.2) 10% and Rune Battleaxe 35%.
King Black Dragon = Dragon Bones 100%, Visage 5%, Clue Scroll (lvl.3) 15%, Black D'hide Set (all parts in 1) 45%.
Blue Dragon = Dragon Bones 100%, Blue d'hide set (all parts in 1) 45%, Clue Scroll (lvl.2) 15% and Coins (1-50k).
Red Dragon = Dragon Bones 100%, Red D'hide set (all parts in 1) 45%, Clue Scroll (lvl.2) 15% and Coins (1-50k).
Green Dragon = Dragon Bones 100%, Green D'hide set (all parts in 1) 45%, Clue Scroll (lvl.2) 15% and coins (1-50k).

umm.. what is base source ? you must make it from scratch :S

ok youkipj, before you even start of creating a server,
-do you know java basic's?
-do you know what program's you need

and asking other's to do thing's for you and call yourself the "owner" is a litte infear. so you also need to make things, and for help? plz do not post it in the forum of new-divide but go to www.rune-server.org there you will find everything you need.
