Maybe Make stalls for thieving like first stall 5k 2nd 20 k and 3rd 50k last one for 99 thieving 100k?
This will help alot of people to get money. 2nd maybe VESTA, STATIUS, etc in shops vesta long

they had stalls in easrly version but then after an uodate they were the wrong way and blah blah..
